Frank Coleman Appointed to Board of CAI – WI

PALATINE, IL. (June 1, 2011) – Peter J. Santangelo, President of Community Advantage, a Wintrust Company and a division of Barrington Bank & Trust, is pleased to announce that Frank Coleman has been appointed to the board of directors for the Wisconsin chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI).

As a member of the board, Coleman with his years of experience working with Condominium/Homeowners associations in Wisconsin and Illinois, plus twenty years of banking experience will assist the CAI-WI Chapter to grow and the serve the current members.

“I am committed to fostering education, increasing membership and promoting the CAI – Wisconsin Chapter on behalf of all community associations and homeowners in our area,” Coleman said.

The Wisconsin chapter is one of more than 60 in the United States, and has 223 members across the state. It is a not-for-profit organization that serves the educational, business and networking needs of community and homeowners associations.
Coleman is also a member of the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations, Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association, and the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Mr. Coleman is a Certified Manager of Community Associations® and has completed seven out of the eight courses required to be a certified as a Real Property Administration.

At Community Advantage, Coleman is responsible for business development and portfolio management for condominium, homeowner and townhome association clients throughout the Midwest.
