“Our town home association was interested in refinancing an existing term loan on more favorable terms and conditions.  We met with Ms. Linda Schiff of Barrington Bank & Trust on November 3, received a commitment letter on November 8, and closed on a $1,000,000.00 plus loan on November 20.  The “turn around” time on our financing request was excellent, the loan facility offered was creative, more than competitive, and was structured specifically to meet our financing needs.  There was none of the cumbersome “red tape” and endless requests for information and documentation that can all too often bog down a financing request.
