We have always been committed to providing superior customer service, both in person and via new technology that becomes available. We are, therefore, pleased to offer a FREE service—CheckManager Plus®—which offers an innovative way to manage and store your old checks.

With CheckManager Plus®, there is no fumbling of returned checks and shoebox filing systems. In place of actual checks in your monthly statement, this technology provides exact image reproductions of your checks from your statement neatly printed out on 8.5" x 11" sheets of paper. There is no charge for this service.

Features and Benefits

• Image reproductions of your checks for the month, organized by check number
• Printed on 8.5" x 11" three-hole punched sheets of paper
• A special FREE three-ring binder with yearly tabs for easy storage
• Instant on-line access to these images, anytime of the day (if you are signed up for i-Business Banking)
• An optional CD ROM that conveniently contains all of the year's check images (there will be a nominal charge for this)

CD-ROM

Clients can benefit from having images stored on CD-ROM versus maintaining bulky file rooms full of checks. They allow you to maintain valuable information in a format that can be password protected, stored in a fire-safe location, or be used as a valuable backup to file storage. These discs can store from the smallest amount of items up to large amount of images from the lockbox processing system.
