Kimberly “Kim” Myles

Vice President

Kim Myles has joined Community Advantage, a WINTRUST Company, as Vice President of Business Development for Maryland, Virginia and DC.  COMMUNITY ADVANTAGE has, for 19 years, offered:  cash management and lending solutions to community associations, as a division of WINTRUST Financial Corporation, a publicly traded multi-billion dollar holding company,  headquartered in Rosemont, IL.

Ms. Myles is excited to return to the business of supporting the efforts of community associations’ having worked in property management and real estate sales.  Kim has experienced how community associations are vital in their role to homeowners:  protecting one of their most important investments - their home, and the common areas of the community surrounding that home.

Background
After attending Eastern Michigan University, Kim moved to the Metro DC area expanding her knowledge of financial services through her 12 years of work in mortgage lending, with nationwide lenders:  Skyline Mortgage of Falls Church, VA, Bank of America in Charlotte, NC, and with Metro DC regional lenders: HomeBanc and TMC Mortgage in Virginia. Her lending roles continued her knowledge of community association’s guidelines, as stipulated by HUD, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac in the mid-atlantic region where community associations have grown exponentially.

As technology grew rapidly in support of financial services, Kim’s hands on mortgage lending experience led to 20 years in relationship management in technology solutions uniquely designed for financial services.   Kim attributes her success as a relationship manager to one basic rule: trusted advisors ask how they can help, then deliver solutions that fit the need.  Doing what is right for the customer matches the philosophy that has made Community Advantage successful and highly regarded by community associations in the Midwest.  Kim will deliver these same solutions now, to the mid-atlantic region.
