Wintrust Community Advantage, the Midwest’s leading provider of financial services to condominium, townhome and homeowner associations, is pleased to announce the opening of a virtual office in Minnesota in 2012.

President Peter Santangelo first visited Minnesota one year ago, making an immediate connection with the Minnesota chapter of the Community Associations Institute.   While learning the key legislative and economic drivers, Santangelo received an overview of the community association industry in the Twin Cities area.  Santangelo then became a member and determined that St. Paul would be the right place to establish a virtual office – Wintrust Community Advantage is headquartered in the greater Chicago area.

“I realized there was a need for banking solutions geared toward community associations that other banks in the Twin Cities aren’t filling,” Santangelo said. “Wintrust Community Advantage’s long-term strategy for profitable growth calls for expansion into new markets. We are pleased to announce our presence in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and, now, Minnesota.”
