Kim Myles joined Wintrust Community Advantage as vice president of business development for Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. in January 2017.
With experience in property management and real estate sales, Kim understands how community associations are vital in their role to homeowners, protecting some of their most important investments: their homes and the surrounding community.
After studying finance and economics at Eastern Michigan University, Kim moved to the D.C. metropolitan area and worked with nationwide mortgage lenders for 12 years. Her lending responsibilities allowed her to continue to expand her knowledge of financial services and community association guidelines. This hands-on mortgage experience led to 20 years in national relationship management in financial technology.
Kim has been a member of the Washington Metro Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) since 2017, where she currently serves as co-chair of the Public Outreach Committee and is a member of other committees. She was recognized with the 2018 Volunteer of the Year award. In addition, Kim is a member of the Chesapeake Chapter of CAI and was awarded second place for membership recruitment in 2018.
