Kim Myles has joined Wintrust Community Advantage as vice president of business development for Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
With experience in property management and real estate sales, Kim understands how community associations are vital in their role to homeowners: protecting one of their most important investments, their homes, and the common areas of the community surrounding that home.
After attending Northern Virginia Community College and graduating from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in finance and economics, Kim moved to the metro D.C. area, expanding her knowledge of financial services through her 12 years of work in mortgage lending, with nationwide and metro D.C. area lenders. Her lending roles allowed her to continue to grow her knowledge of community associations’ guidelines. Kim’s hands-on mortgage lending experience led to 20 years in relationship management in technology solutions uniquely designed for financial services.
Kim is involved with the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Washington Metropolitan Chapter and volunteers with many organizations including the Chelsea Historic Society, Preservation Chelsea, Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce, Ann Arbor Area Bed and Breakfast Association, and Eastern Michigan University.
