KEEP YOUR BUSINESS SAFE

Unfortunately, criminals are trying to take advantage. Here are some important reminders to keep your business secure.

  • Do not allow any new vendors, one off payments, or changes in vendor information without telephone verification of the information to the number you have on record.
  • Do not initiate movement of funds based on email-only requests, even if they appear to come from your “C-suite.”
  • Implement dual controls on payment initiation and approval, payment instruction changes, and account reconciliation.
  • Use your mobile phone to eliminate the need for a physical token.
