Randall is a highly accomplished financial leader at Wintrust Financial Corporation with two decades of expertise in the Florida banking sector. He joined Wintrust in 2025 to expand the bank’s Florida footprint, leveraging a deep-rooted understanding of regional business and association needs to deliver tailored solutions.
Prior to his current role, Randall spent 17 years at a different institution, where he managed a combined $120M portfolio of loans and deposits. He is a graduate of the Florida RMA School of Commercial Lending, specializing in strategic capital solutions that drive community growth.
