Privacy Policy

Summary

Our clients are our most valuable assets. Our integrity as a high-end provider of personalized financial services depends on our ability to protect customers' identity and confidential information.

Unlike many of our big bank competitors we do not sell confidential data to unaffiliated third party vendors.

Our privacy policy is pretty simple. Here's a quick summary of what it says (for those of you who don't like all the long legal copy!):

  • We comply with all federal and state laws related to privacy
  • We will protect the confidential nature of our customers' financial records

To provide our customers with more financial choices we occasionally share name and address information internally with our affiliated operations.

And for those of you that like to read long legal copy, here's the "official" version of our privacy policy.
