Kosa Pasajlic joined Wintrust Community Advantage in July 2023 and currently serves in Credit Administration as a Client Support Professional. She is responsible for commercial loan administration, customer service on loans for large capital projects, capital asset acquisitions, and working capital for a portfolio of community associations. Kosa started with Wintrust in 2003 and worked as a Teller Manager Officer for two Barrington locations. Kosa is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) Illinois Chapter and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse & Homeowners Associations (ACTHA). In 2020, she graduated from the Fundamentals of Wintrust Leadership program through Wintrust Financial.
